200Q won't crank

Hi Calvin;

My guess is your battery is toast - clue is voltmeter dropping to zero under
starter load. A quick test is to pop the caps off the battery and test each
cell by dipping multimeter probes into the electrolyte of adjacent cells.
The voltage differential should be around 2 volts. Test the end cells with
one probe on the terminal, the other in the electrolyte. You'll probably
find one or more dead cells. A battery with one dead cell will not turn over
the engine.
