miles are great, if they are true ( try carfax ), 5
spd and 2wd, you cant go wrong ( no trans problems or
rear bushings to worry about ), id chuck the radio
anyway (but i have one if you need it ), rotors are
cheap, tune up is just plugs and filters (shouldnt
need wires with those miles ), do the crank seal
w/timing belt change. the 100 v6 is the most simple
t-belt to change, and there is lots of room in there
to move around. there are 2 tools you would need
though, 3 if you dont have a pulley remover laying
around. if you do it, you should only have about 300
bucks in it, if you pay 900 to 1800, your getting
ripped off. some cars had leaky head gaskets, and
manifold gaskets, but if the block is dry now, other
than the crank seal, you shouldnt have any problems.
they also were known for the little vac. hoses under
top motor cover, but no big deal. my 93 90 has 116k
and the motor has never been taken apart. if the miles
are real the price is very good too. try to knock the
900 off for the problems you said.
