200 TQ Dash Panel removal

OK listers, here is a question that will expose me as a Monkey Lad.
I'm trying to get to the Aux. Relay panel to jumper the headlight warning
light so my Euro headlights don't cause the "burned out bulb" warning.

In trying to access the panel, it seems I have to remove the panel below
the steering wheel to gain access. I've got two fasteners removed -- one 
on the bottom right and one on top under the steering wheel. But the panel 
is hung up on the left, near the door jamb. I'm sure there is a fastener in 
there somewhere, but for the life of me I cant' see it.

Q. How do I get to the nut/bolt/screw on the left that is holding the trim
panel?
