200Q still dead, now what?

Look for a bad battery cable or ground cable. You may need to use a 
volt meter to do this. In order to perform this test, hook the volt 
meter to each end of the suspect cable, and try to start the car. The 
voltage should stay near zero. If it doesn't, that means that cable, 
or one of the connections in it has high resistance, and you can 
narrow it down from there. You could also try using a wire directly 
from the battery to run the starter, and see if it runs then, which 
would point to a problem in the ignition switch, wiring, or 
associated components.
