200Q still dead, now what?

sounds like a problem with you connection @ the passenger footwell if i 
recall..
sounds like you are losing serious voltage...
i would also make sure your grounds are good..
i  had a similar problem in my 4kq.. i hooked up a jumper cable from the
negative terminal and connected the other end to the block and it fired 
right up..
ground is just as important as the hot...
