4000 Fuel Injection Temp Sensor

Can anyone provide me w/ the part number for the Temp
Sensor which tells the Fuel Injection how to manage
fuel mixture?  This is the one that is on the bottom
of the flange which leads to the top of the radiator.

Alternatively can anyone confirm or deny that this one
is the same as the guage temp sensor?
