Audi should be fined for the lighting system on the 200 series. It's
pitiful...and cries out for euro lamps or at least auxiliary forward
lighting such as fogs...

To answer your question, no, the US spec 200s did not come with factory
installed fog lamps. They do have a rear fog lamp, though.
