Outside Temperature Sensor '90 90Q20v

Driving my wife's 90 this weekend, I noticed that the outside temperature is
WAY below what it actually is.  It responded to changes in temperature (I
watched it at several times during each day when I knew what the actual
outside temp was).  Is there more than one sensor for outside temp?  Where
are they located and does this sound like the problem?
