Hello,

Are there any gains to be had with keeping the stock pipes and 
replacing just the mufflers with some or one high flow unit?

Are the mufflers a constraint in and of themselves, or is the pipe 
diameter itself bad?

Would there be anything wrong with taking out the middle muffler, 
and replacing the last muffler with a 3" straight through design, a la 
Borla?  This would keep the stock pipes for now, to be replaced 
later with 3" mandrel.

I can't remember if there is a resonator stock.

Turbo's are so cool.  Imagine power improvements that you can 
really feel!  It makes all the n/a power improvements seem so 
miniscule.

Can someone quantify the improvement they got from going to free-
flow in the exhaust from on a turbo car?  How does it compared, 
power increase-wise, to chipping a non-chipped car?  Half as much 
gain? Not comparable at all?  Changes boost "behavior", but not 
max "output"?
