96 A4 Questions

I currently have an 86 4ksq, and would like a newer vehicle.  I found a 96
A4 Quattro Automatic for sale, but it has 121,000 miles.  It appears to be
in good shape, and the timing belt and power steering pump were both just
replaced.  He'd sell it to me for $10,500.  Is this a decent deal?  What
kind of problems am I likely to encounter?  I don't know much about the
A4's, so any help would be appreciated.
