Ed is correct, here is why...in a turbo engine, as boost increases, the
fueling need of a motor changes dramatically. The biggest problem with using
a cold start injector that simply opens and sprays a set amount of fuel is
that it is delivering the same amount of fuel at 3k RPM as at 6K RPM, where
the fueling need are at least twice as much. The injector itself is not the
problem-an injector by itself is not a fueling device, it needs a controller
that can meausre engine parameters and deliver a calculated amount of fuel.

Consequently, your stock CIS fuel system can handle boost leves to about 5psi
with no problem.

Any additional injector controller should at least measure MAP and RPM in
order to deliver proper fueling.

If you are intersted, I have a vailable such a controller, please contact me
privately for more info.
