Type 44 cabin ventilation (lack of)

    I have to say that the cabin ventilation in my avant (non climate
control)  is about the worst I've ever encountered.

    What I'm used to is having a source of fresh air that I can direct to my
head even if I've got warm air going elsewhere.
    The dash vents are fairly useless  even with the blower on and it seems
that without it no air enters the cabin at all.

    Has anyone got any mods that improve upon the standard sorry state of
affairs. All I want is some nice fresh air without opening windows.
