Removing powder coating:
Nuclear plasma cannon
Kryptonite
Genetically modified super-termites
The Wrath of Leona Helmsley
The Wrath of Hillary Clinton
Radioactive molten lava
Pack in mixture of 50% C-4 and 50% crumbled magnesium road flares, retire
to _safe_ distance, ignite
Submerge for two weeks in Red Fuming Nitric acid (do not breathe fumes), if
it is boiling, it works faster
Expose to LA smog for one hour
Give it to some of my tenant's children to play with for a few minutes.
Seriously, why not contact someplace that DOES powdercoating, and ask
_them_ how to get the stuff off?
(Nomex on) Oh, you wanted to re-use the heat sink once the powder coating
was off?
Best Regards, ;-)
