Ah....here's one that I can help with!  (Maybe)  Pull out the Radio, reach
up and pop out the switches.  The defroster switch takes a plug in bulb.
Just snap the cover off; I believe there's two bulbs inside, one for night
vision, the other for operation. The seat heater switch bulb must be
soldered in.....or pay about $65.00 for new switch.  While you have the
switches apart, clean all contacts, or they may not work when it's real
cold.  Get the bulbs from Radio Shack, couple of bucks is all.  Clean
contacts and connectors with Radio Shack Tuner cleaner. OR, use WURTH
contact cleaner, or M&L contact cleaner, if you can get it.

Cannot help you with the other lights; traded the car before they burned
out.

Let me know when the window switch Diodes burn out.  New switch is only
about $24.00.
