A8 / 200 ?

Friends,
I work in Chelmsford, MA and yesterday I spent about 5 minutes outside
Elliot's Hot Dogs looking at what seemed to be a '91 200 with fronts and
rears (with added air foils) from an A8... I think ('92 ...or so?).  BENZ on
the MA plate. 
Lister? If so, please tell me more about this visually pleasing combination
and your unique Audi.
