1990 200 TQA timing marks?

    Concerning the timing mark on the crank pulley and front belt cover
compared too the timing mark I can find onthe flywheel should they be the
same. The mark on the crank pulley is more TDC  when checked thru the spark
plug hole than the mark on the flywheel.  Is the mark on the flywheel a set
BTDC for ignition timing purposes?  If yes is there a "0" mark on the
flywheel?
