Did Phil ever come to New England?

Phil,

Did you ever make it up here to New England for your trip you had planned in
April?  If not, are you planning to be up here at any point soon?  Would
love to plan another northeast get together for you.  Let us know and we can
start planning if and when you will be up here.

I would plan another gathering now, but as the hillclimb is about 2 months
away, I figure we can all just meet at there.  I will be there for certain,
and I'm hoping to pull my dad away from family stuff for a night and day.
