4kq shifter & grease

    My car shifts like butter, except for the notchy second gear when it's
cold, that is a known weakness with the 012 FWD TYP89 trans by the way.  My
trans has 120k miles on it and performs very well, the linkage is fully
rebuilt though, shifts really well, much better than an automatic:)  The
200q20v shifts no where near as crisply or precisely as my 80 FWD, but that
is at 200k miles which is totally understandable to me.
