Hi,

I am already working on a new header, I think that this one is a bit to
stiff for the header bolts. I plan to have the new one finished when I
install the real turbo engine. This time it will be stainless steel and
mandrel bent to avoid as many welds as possible, the certified pressure
chamber tubes I used for this time are so unbelivably hard that you possibly
can't understand it. I think that thin walled stainless steel is a better
choice, I will also try to give in more room to move.

A new intake is also on the drawing table, I didn't think when I did this
one. I assumed that Audi had used some common sense when they decided on the
volume of the plenum. I just made it 50% bigger because I know that all
manufacturers make to small plenums, when it was finished I checked the
volume, 1.6 liters. 3.3 liters are considered a minimum for a well working
plenum... I at least hope that I will get better distribution then in the
stock intake, I also have something Audi didn't have, I have a compensation
map for every cylinder...
