clicking relay sound

That happened to me a while back, was a relay for a seat heater !   Lloyd in Eureka, Calif

    This is a new one for me. Shortly after start up, I can hear a non rythmic, clicking sound comming from the passenger front footwell area. At first I thought it was the CC head losing its mind and cycling one of the vacuum servos above the console area. However, it definately seems to be comming from the outer kick panel that houses the ECU. Any ideas?
