Not without some modifications...  The 96-98 Audi Delta CC radio as
used on the A4/A6/A8 models is not the same as the old Audi Delta
radio as used on the late-80s/early-90s 100/200 models.  The Delta CC
has a wider face plate (it's not fully DIN compliant).  Also, the
connector is not the same.
