It would probably be cheaper if QCUSA stopped giving out free tickets to
people who sell the most QCUSA memberships.  The same people win every
year.  It's just a way for Audi and QCUSA to suck up to their richest
customers and I'm sure offers nothing that the various
snow-bearing-regional club divisions can't provide(as far as
trainin/instruction goes.)
