Early 4k front end parts interchangability

Does anyone know whether or not the front end parts (fenders, bumper, headlight buckets, etc.) from an '81 4k will bolt up to an '84(non-Q)?  I know that the bumpers and headlight buckets are slightly different looking, but I am hoping that these differences are merely aesthetic and the parts should still swap.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
