Early 4k front end parts interchangability

Yes, they should fit fine.  The differences are primarily cosmetic
(black trim on the 84 rather than chrome on earlier cars, etc).  The
bumper corner pieces *may* be a bit different (the overlapping tongue
changed from being on the bumper to the bumper some time in early
production, but if you're swapping both the bumper and the corner
pieces then that's not an issue).  The 81 fender may have holes for the
side rub strip which is no longer used in the 83+ models (the later cars
have glue-on side mouldings).
