Uh, the message I snipped these quotes from is a MIME message in the
digest. Oh, and your "vcard" is a file attachment that is some 15 lines
long in the digest as well. In other words, before suggesting what
others do, you may want to revisit and adjust your own settings.

Agreed, scrolling through garbage in digests is a PITA. I just scrolled
through a bunch in the above referenced post.
