'87 5kcstq el squeak-o

Got new pads (OEM) about 2 weeks ago. Once warm, they squeak w/light to 
medium pressure.  How come?

Also, prolly unrelated since it happened long before, I notice another 
sqeak: this one constant, w/speed matching the vehicle's.  Seems to be 
coming from rt. side of car. Turning to rt. squeak goes away. Weird.
