Buying the Schley tool would be cheaper than that labor rate...
Wheel bearing R&R only takes 3 hours if you pull the strut.
2 hours on a bad day with the Schley tool.

Spring compressor required. It's 3 nuts and a bolt
that hold the strut in and another nut on the shock rod
holding the strut together. This is actually worse on
the earlier type 44s which had the top nut so recessed
you needed the special tool to get at it.
