Windows (non-Microsoft)

You're going to want to be very careful about who you have do it, and how
they stand behind their work. To share a brief horror story, in March I had
my windshield replaced by Abra Glass in MN here. They made a mistake and
missed some sealant on the driver side pillar, which allowed the rains that
we had in our area into the interior. Long story short...the car is
totalled, as water got into a bunch of relays and the computer, as well as
the ABS computer.

For my next windshield, I'm going to make sure that they agree in writing to
cover any damages due to poor workmanship, and not just re-sealing the glass
should they do something wrong.

Be very careful, because in my research surrounding this incident I've found
that it doesn't take a very big mistake to let a lot of water in.
