Free CarFax Reports?

Last link I bookmarked didn't work.  Got one that does?

Also, put a deposit on a '98 A4 - hence the CarFax request.  The dealer 
(University AVW) should be able to pull the service records for the car from 
there service system, correct?  I know almost every other car maker can.

Car in a '98 1.8qt with 50K miles.
