shakey wheel

question for all of you...My 87.5 CGT with new tires and a fresh alignment has a shake on the highway at about 65mph...70mph it feels great...the wheel shakes much more upon declerating and tends to disppear (or alot less) when accelerating.  My theory tends to be a bad wheel as the culprit...but why would it not shake during acceleration periods?  Any help would be appreciated.
