89 Audi Quattro clutch pedal sticks *after* bleeding

Hi:
Soundz like the clutch slave or master cylinder is
shot. But the clutch worked fine before bleeding with
only the engagement point low ??
Could you have let air somewhere in the hydraulic
system bleeding it??
...sometimes, when you try to fix something...you
break it.
