The vacuum seems low for sure, should be around 20" at idle,
and the duty cycle is way off.
Duty cycle should be about 45-48%,at least that's my preference.
90% would indicate a very lean idle mixture that the ecu is trying to
make richer ( if everything is adjusted/functioning properly).
52psi isn't bad for Warm control pressure.
That's my .02 ,anyway.
Most of this points to a LEAN condition since the lowere the
oxygen content the HIGHER the voltage. Duty cycle of 90% means the
O2 sensor is sensing a LEAN condition and is trying to fatten it up.
Low vacuum sounds like an vacuum leak contributing to the above
symptoms.
