Question on replacing front anti-sway bar bushings on 92' 100 V6

I got some new front sway-bar bushings for my 92' 100 V6 but I am not sure
if I can do it without dropping the front subframe. My concern is the
mounting bolts for the front sway-bar bushing brackets. For 100/A6/S4/S6
from 92'-96' model years onwards the front subframe is different from the
older 100/200/5000s. On the pre 92' cars the bolts
for the front sway-bar bushing brackets screw on to nuts in the subframe and
you can reach into subframe to hold on to the nuts while you are tightening
the bolts from underneath.

But for the post 92' cars the bolts pretrude down from the subframe, in
other words the bolt heads are inside the subframe the nuts screw on to the
bolts from underneath. There is way to reach into the subframe to hold on to
the head of the bolts while tightening the nuts to them. My mechanic and I
think the only way to do that is by dropping the subframe. in this case we
will need to order 4 new subframe bolts since they are non re-usable torque
to yield type bolts. It might probably require an alignment after the
fastening back to the car since moving or loosening the subframe will change
the caster slightly.

Are we missing something or is there an easier way to do this? Or perhaps
the head of the bolts are fixed in some sort slots so they don't turn round
and round when you tighten them?
