864kcsq door panel removal..

		Hey All,
			I just  finished doing an archive search, but
couldn't find an exact answer. I was trying to remove the inner door panel
on my 86 4kcsq this weekend. It is now only being held by the pull-handle at
the top of the armrest. I slid the chrome trim at the top back but still
cannot see how to disconnect this area. Something simple?
