Ah, yes.  I was stumped on this for a bit as well.  Assuming you've already
unscrewed the two bolts under the armrest, all you have to do is rotate the
handle counterclockwise and pull it off.  Enjoy!

                Hey All,
                        I just  finished doing an archive search, but
couldn't find an exact answer. I was trying to remove the inner door panel
on my 86 4kcsq this weekend. It is now only being held by the pull-handle at
the top of the armrest. I slid the chrome trim at the top back but still
cannot see how to disconnect this area. Something simple?
