cheaper?  You bet.  Cheapest way would be to take your stock airbox top and
hack up the lower airbox so you can spin it around.  More elegant and still
fairly cheap solution is to buy the UrQ airbox top and "Igloo".  Each piece
is about $100 fro the dealer.
