are 4k and CGT same from front doors forward??

anyone know if the '86-'87 CGT and the '85-'87 4k use the same front fenders, 
same front bumper, same hood, same grille, and same headlights??    anyone 
know?

it looks the same, but i wasnt sure
also when did they start the composite (aero) headlights on the CGT? '85 or 
'86?
