Is an Audi a sports car?

I recently took a look at www.sportscarmarket.com and their publications and
discovered that no Audi is considered by this publication to be a sports
car. They track everything from Abarths to Volvos and include 4 door RRs of
Silver Shadow generation which is about as far as you can get from sports
cars.

I also took a look at ecarcentral.com for collectible cars and found no Audi
or VW presence.

Clearly we need to get our status better recognized.  Is this an appropriate
assignment for: da-daaah -"Super Karen" of Q Club fame?
