Hi
Thanks for all Your responses to my vibration question,
looks like I´m not alone with this. Few of you suggested
also that crank pulley ( vib. damper ), what I was doubting.
I found, just like Edo, the PS belt too tight, loosened it and
felt vibration smaller? That makes me thinking the vibration
source is the crank pulley. Also I took all accessoriers off,
ecxept cam/WP belt ;))) -not better. So I don´t think the
frequenzy measuring/calculating to find unbalanced accessory
is necessary, but I´d be glad to have that indicator manufacturer
address Mark.
Also some people told, they found never a solution to that
vibration, so they lived with it. Maybe I should too. A very
experienced Audi mech suspected worn and thats why
unbalanced clutch.
What I´ll do? Some day in the summer I´ll test another crank
pulley, but it´s sad to open so soon again, PO has just chanced
the timing belt and other things (yes, I have chekced the tension).
But I don´t think opening the clutch is worth, it´s not so baaad :))
I´ll let You know, if there will be something to report.
Thanks
