In my case the pump was seized in the area of ferrit (or whatever it is called)
cylinder inside plastic body. It is corroded and I decided that it is not
possible to fix it.
About fan fuse: I bought 70 A fuse in Pepboys and spliced it into ground wire
where it goes out of loom to motor. It is fuse in small box with bolts
connection.
