4-lug to 5-lug conversion

I've seen Dean Treadway's Coupe Quattro that has been converted from the
stock four lug to 5 lug (running 18" S8 wheels!) and was wondering what
is involved in performing such a conversion. Obviously new wheels,
rotors, and the hubs will need to be replaced, anything else? 

I plan on buying a Coupe Quattro this year and unless it's already been
modified, I'm going to upgrade the brakes and get new wheels. If the 4
to 5 lug conversion is fairly "easy" and won't cost too much more, I
might go this route to give me some different wheel options for the car. 

Anyway, just wondering if this is something I can start planning on now,
or if I should give up the idea.
