2.3 liter into a GT

     hi all
  this weekend i found 2 5000 engines that can be made complete into one.
the good engine has 82k and needs the oil pan from the other. the owner is
asking 100$ for the both of them.  i have been toying with the idea of
buying them and refreshing the good engine, transplanting it into my Coupe
GT. it could use the extra hp and would be a fun and hopefully productive
project. my question is... what are the differences between the 2.2 Coupe
Engine and the 2.3 5000 Engine? are there any deatails that i should be
aware of, or is a fairly easy task?  has anyone else out there done this?
