dash lights

The dash lights went out on my 1984 4ksq, the fuse is good, I think it is
shared with the turn signals? if not that could be my problem.  That rocker
switch, dimmer, I adjusted it and no light.  Not only are the lights in the
instrument cluster out so are the ones relative to the cabin temperature
levers.  I guess maybe the rocker switch as a wire loose or maybe the
switch is busted.

Any guesses.
