What does 5E mean on a CGT?

Actually there were two 5T badges used in Type 43
200s. They always had one in front grille. Additionally
the '80 and early '81s had one in the trunk lid. The latter
was replaced with "turbo" badge in later '81s and was
continued also in Type 44 200s.
