If you lived in Pennsylvania you'd be a pro at that.
I posted maybe a year ago about people who I've
actually SEEN watch you coming in their side mirror.
You going 100 mph, them 56. They will wait until you
are less than 10 car lengths away and then pull into
the left lane. I now take it as a given and
automatically let off the gas when approaching until
I'm SURE they aren't going to pull this stunt. It
served me well on the autobahn, but 1 a-hole did get
me when they came from the merge lane to the far left
lane in 1 move. Luckily the 2001 C200 Mercs have
pretty good brakes. 1 other thing I found out is that
very large, expensive German cars, esp. with HID
lights still get some respect.
