     Regarding Powder Coating wheels, do we expect changes in the
     strength of the wheels after powder coating?

     Will the time spent at the temperatures required for powder coating
     adversly change the microstructure or heat treatment of the aluminum
     used in the wheels?

     In other words, can you anneal aluminum wheels by powder coating them,
     resulting in "soft" wheels?
