How to Indentify Sodium filled Exhaust valve.

I did a google search but could not find the answer.

Are all sodium filled exhaust valves for the 5000 series indentified
the same ?  I have a head I go off of my old 84T and I think they
may not be sodium filled.  They have a 1/4" circle indent in the
center of the valves like my 86 5000S's.  My 87TQ exhaust
valves have a 1/16" indent.  I would tend to believe that the head
was replaced on the 84T with a non turbo head.  Am I correct on
not?
