4000s Stalling

Check the intake system thoroughly for air leaks....  The big rubber boot,
all vacuum and crankcase ventilation hoses, idle stabilizer valve hoses, etc.
You should also remove the valve and thoroughly clean the innards with
carburetor cleaner.
