Well, now you're asking.....

I should think that Audi's exchange policy for KW heads is like the one for
RR heads - non-existent. By adjusting the last price that I can find for the
KW head down by a similar proportion as the current price for a new RR head
is compared to the old price (if you get what I mean), I figure that a KW
head is something like GBP12000 (~US$17000).

To me, thats 12 thousand reasons to change the belt.....
