The fuse protects the two relays in the pump (but not the pump itself), the
controller and the accelerometer under the rear seat.  It's live whenever
the ignition is on and the diff lock(s) is/are open.  My guess is also a
frayed cable - either the feed to the accelerometer or the cable to the
pump.

This fuse is unnumbered in all the diagrams I've found - there's also no
official rating.  Every one I've seen has been 10A.  I've added it to the
Component Locator on my wiring site.
